Mission Trip Support Request Form

This form is for use by Westwood members to request church assistance to participate in mission trips. If funds are available, and subject to other policies, the church may pay up to $700 per individual for international mission trips and up to $350 per individual for North American trip destinations. Participants are asked to personally pay the initial deposit and allow this to be used after that initial commitment is made.
